This selection contains both finished poems and works-in-progress. Some, but not all, will be included in the collection tentatively titled Approaching the Animal.

2) Sample soundscape recording

From mid-January to mid-March 2022, I made weekly visits to Surrey Crescent Inlet, off of the Lafayette River in Norfolk, VA, USA. I made mixes of my field recordings to create a sense of the place. Here is a sample at Soundcloud.
